Chi Sigma Alpha was established at Shepherd University in 2010. Since its establishment on our campus, we have initiated over 60 members, including honorees. Our members are involved in campus and community events in addition to being active participants in professional development organizations. Chi Sigma Alpha at Shepherd strives to promote the three pillars of the fraternity: Academics, Research, and Service to the Profession of Student Affairs. We proudly represent Shepherd University's College Student Development and Administration master's program. Each year, we look forward to celebrating Careers in Student Affairs month, as well as educating our campus and community about the 'hidden profession' of student affairs in order to make our profession more visible to students, colleagues, and community members alike.
